Cancellation by Renter

Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start date.

Cancellation by Lessor

The Lessor reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment unavailability, or breach of terms by the renter.

In such cases, the renter will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Rescheduling

Renters may reschedule their rental to a new date subject to availability and provided notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the original rental start date.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Force Majeure

No cancellation fees will apply if the rental is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
